The Power of Feedback

Feedback is important whether from a mentor, manager or co-workers because it tells you how others perceive you which is a key factor for your success. Constructive feedback is one of the best things a manager can give to an employee. When delivered properly it can, reinforce positive performance and correct unwanted behavior even when the feedback itself is negative. Giving negative feedback is certainly not easy but, like it’s positive counterpart, it is vital to ongoing development when delivered in an appropriate manner.
